Scope:
fine grading had to be completed throughout the winter, access was limited to small doorways and required specialized equipment to import slab on grade gravel. We used a combination of conveyors, mini excavators, and skid steers, to place material and fine grade material into each room and careful work around completed plumbing and electrical piping.
